FAQs
We know you have lots of questions about our properties. Please review the Questions and Answers below, and then phone or email with any others you have!

How many properties are left to purchase?
Blueberry Bluffs: 4 (four)
Sunset Bluff: 5 (five)
Higgenbotham Point: 23 (twenty-three)

Are local materials used in construction?
Yes, whenever possible, we utilize local timber and mountain stone.

Can we waterski in the lake if everyone agrees to change the bylaws?
Theoretically yes, but it is likely that enough of your neighbors want to protect the water for fish. If you would like to waterski, there are several public-access lakes within a few miles of these homes.

Do you provide financing?
We are the builders, not the bankers. However, we have established relationships with banks and lending institutions, and are happy to provide you with a list of professionals who can help you manage your building project.

Do I have to pay dues to a community organization, even if I only use the home two months per year?
While the community is master-planned, you own your own property. All three have restrictions and coventants that are designed to maintain the beauty and integrity of the natural environment and your investment. Blueberry Bluffs has a Homeowner's Association.
